Our team is committed to helping organisations get more people in our local communities back to work, and to helping workers in our industry succeed and progress in their careers.
After becoming the first agency affiliate member of Train the Painter in 2022, we knew it could become a great opportunity to help close the skills gap in our industry and get more people back to work. PSI Global’s Training division opened its dedicated training centre in Liverpool in 2023 and launched the three initiatives that make up the new division: Community Initiative, Industrial Coating Initiative, and Rehabilitation Initiative.
The division has continued to grow and progress since starting as a Train the Painter provider to now being an accredited ECITB training provider. We have also partnered with third-party training providers to be able to offer our clients and workforce training in sectors that include Construction, Health & Safety, and Energy.
Our team of experienced trainers and consultants work closely with our clients to identify their unique needs and design customised training programs that help them meet their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community engagement goals. We work with a diverse range of clients, including large corporations, small businesses, non-profits, and government agencies. Our clients come to us to help make a positive impact on their communities, and they trust us to help them achieve their goals.
Training Director Rebecca Law set up PSI Global Training as a means of addressing the skills shortage in the industry, while also hoping to encourage more young people to consider a career in Industrial Painting. Since starting the training division as an affiliate of Train the Painter, she has gone on to add an accreditation with ECITB, as well as a connection with third-party training providers who have enabled us to offer upskilling opportunities for those in Construction, Energy, and more.
