A new addition to the PSI Global Group, the training division was created to bring high-quality training to individuals and companies. This programme aims to give workers an opportunity to upskill while giving potential workers in the local community the assistance they may need for a career change.
This allows PSI Global to be at the forefront within industries like Construction, Industrial, Marine, and Energy, having already been named the first agency affiliate member of Train the Painter.
In addition to our Train the Painter and ECITB courses for those in the Industrial Services sector, we have partnered with accredited third-party providers to offer training courses in Energy, Construction, Heavy Plant, and more.
The Train the Painter courses are designed to give workers the essential skills they need before starting work on-site. This includes courses like the mandatory Protective Coating Applicator (Bronze), Abrasive Blast Cleaner or Spray Painter (Silver), as well as the Thin and Thick Intumescent Coating Applicator courses. Our programme has already had many go through the classroom and practical sessions, concluding with essential work experience on-site.
As we are now an official ECITB Provider, we can deliver ECITB, CCNSG, and technical testing. This is a significant milestone as we aim to continue delivering high-quality training. The ECITB Technical Testing we offer includes TFM01 Industrial Coatings Airless Spray Application, TFM02 Industrial Coatings Brush Application, and TFM03 Abrasive Blast Cleaning (Direct Pressure). We also offer both the CCNSF training and renewal courses.
These courses and tests are designed to ensure operatives meet industry standards, enhance their skills, and contribute to a safer and more efficient working environment.
When booking a course as an individual, please ensure you upload a copy of your CV and a reference to verify your experience relevant to the course you’re booking. Once this has been received, our trainer, Jonathan, will arrange a call to discuss your experience and the details of the course. If your experience cannot be verified, the delegate will be issued with a trainee card. Any candidate found to not have the relevant experience will have their Bronze or Silver module revoked, and a trainee card will be issued.
